Artist Residencies at The Middle Floor
Our studio in the heart of Leeds is available for residency hire. Suitable for individual artists or small to medium companies, if you need space to try out new ideas or test new work, just get in touch!
Our studio is suitable for artistic residencies across dance, theatre and performing arts. We can be flexible to most artforms, so just get in touch if you have any questions or wish the view the space.
Residencies last a minimum of one week (Monday - Friday) from 9am - 5pm.
If you wish to share your work with a public facing sharing during your residency, please let us know at the time of booking.
Our studio is a large, open plan room with wooden floors and plenty of natural light.
Projector and small PA sound system (6 inputs)
Capacity (classes up to 25 | standing up to 180 | seated up to 100)
Dance floor (optional)

Artist Residencies are priced at £480 per week.
