Pilates
This Pilates class is great for all levels of experience.
The class will include traditional and non traditional Pilates techniques. The aim for this class is after the 6 weeks students will gain the knowledge of the six principles of Pilates, and have improved posture and body coordination. You will be able to move through classes more freely and feel how your bodies have developed strength and flexibility.
Important: Please bring your own mat!
Who’s it with?
Hannah Durkan
Hannah is a dance artist that received her MA from Northern School of Contemporary Dance. After graduating she received her Pilates training through HFE. Hannah is excited to share her love of movement and all the benefits that Pilates offers. She loves to create a safe space where everyone can join in and learn more about their bodies. She is passionate about teaching people the importance of caring for our bodies and taking time for yourself.
What level?
This class is open level and is suitable for all experience levels.
What does it cost?
Classes are £8 each with Course Passes available ahead of each half-term.
