Our city centre studios are the perfect backdrop for events, meetings and conferences in Leeds.
Studio 1
A large, open plan room with wooden floor and plenty of natural light.

Seated events up to 100 or standing up to 180.

Projector, screen and small PA sound system
Tables and Chairs available (please specify expected numbers when inquiring to ensure we can accommodate)
Dance Floor (optional)
Access to a small kitchenette

Hourly Rate: £40
Half Day Rate: £140
Full Day Rate: £250The rates are our starting rates.
Please note that these are subject to change depending on the nature of your booking.
For example, if you requires us to roll the dance floor in, this will incur a 6 hour minimum booking, which is charged at the full day rate.

Unfortunately The Middle Floor is situated up one flight of stairs and therefore is not accessible for wheel chair users.
