  • Exploring Movement Through Cellular Consciousness with Crystal Zillwood

    After a brilliant February Flows workshop at The Middle Floor, Crystal Zillwood will be back on 25th April delivering a somatic dance workshop centred around themes recovery and rejuvenation!

    This evening workshop will be carrying on from February workshops exploring cellular wisdom, ways to restore the nervous system, moving from our cellular bodies, coming together to share our insights.
