Sustainable Photography
Film is making a comeback everyone! Let’s step into the exciting world of sustainable photography and explore eco-conscious practices that are reshaping the film revival movement.  This is a hands-on class that will guide you through every step of creating stunning images with minimal environmental impact. Learn the chemistry behind eco-friendly ingredients and brewing your own caffenol (a sustainable alternative to traditional film developers). Whether you're a beginner, enthusiast or a seasoned photographer, this course offers a fresh perspective on photography that aligns creativity with sustainability.

An Introduction to Clay Sculpture & Mold Making
This unique course will guide you through the process of creating your own individual molds and sculptures using Plaster of Paris, a versatile and eco-friendly material. Together, these individual creations will form a stunning collective sculpture, which will be exhibited at the end of the course. This class is perfect for artists, creatives, and anyone passionate about sustainability and collaboration in art.

Introduction to Lino Print
Lino printing, also known as linocut or lino cutting, is a traditional printmaking technique that involves cutting a design into a block of linoleum and then transferring the design to paper or fabric. During these workshops we will design, carve, and print unique pieces of art inspired by our relationships to identity, cultural heritage and celebration! This workshop is about more than learning a skill; it’s a space to explore identity, connect with others, and celebrate through your creativity!

We will use our weight and momentum to move in an efficient-effortless way without disrupting the flow of movement.

Adult Intermediate Contemporary
Adult Intermediate Contemporary Dance is for people looking to take a step up to improve their dance skills and are ready to take a deeper dive into contemporary dance and performance! The first half of the class focuses on an active warm-up to prepare your body, followed by dynamic and physically engaging centre work inspired by Cunningham and release techniques.

Pilates
This Pilates class is great for all levels of experience. The class will include traditional and non traditional Pilates techniques. Through this class, students will gain knowledge of the six principles of Pilates, and have improved posture and body coordination. You will be able to move through classes more freely and feel how your bodies have developed strength and flexibility. She is passionate about teaching people the importance of caring for our bodies and taking time for yourself.
