Vinyasa Flow

Join us for this gentle yet revitalising 45-minute Vinyasa Flow—a moment just for you to reconnect, centre, and ground yourself.

Through breath-work (pranayama), mindful movement (asana), and meditation (dharana & dhyana), this practice invites you to cultivate inner stillness and, in time, experience a sense of deep peace (samadhi).

What is Vinyasa?

Vinyasa Yoga, also called "flow" because of the smooth way the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. Designed for all levels, this class is beginner-friendly, with clear alignment cues, thoughtful adjustments (with consent), and personalised modifications to support and enhance your practice. Step onto your mat and set the tone for the week ahead—feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply connected.
